About Me

Hans Kristian runs our Spanish office and has worked with real estate in Spain since 2013. On a daily basis, Hans Kristian is responsible for our clients in Spain and all buying and selling processes together with our lawyer. His area of responsibility in recent years has been to work closely with lawyers, with an overall responsibility for client follow-up. This has given him a unique insight into the housing market and how to avoid problems in connection with transactions. He speaks fluent Spanish and has very good knowledge of Spanish culture and society in general.

Hans Kristian is married to a Spanish lady and lives outside Aliante town. He is passionate about animals, nature, plants and kitchen gardens. If you need tips for planting after buying a home, he is more than happy to show up.
