Modern, large townhouses with high quality and large outdoor areas

Breeze is a beautiful apartment complex consisting of apartments, townhouses and detached houses. The homes are built over 2 floors where the townhouses have large gardens, basement, terrace and roof terrace. The homes have access to a common area with green spaces and a swimming pool.

The townhouses in Breeze have an open solution between the living room and kitchen and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. There are two different models to choose from with different designs. See explanation below and floor plans further down the page.

Model 1 has a main entrance on the 3rd floor where you will find the living room, kitchen, one of the bedrooms, one bathroom and stairs up to the roof terrace. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and stairs further down to the first floor where there is a large open room that is well suited as an extra living room. From here you can walk out to the garden.

Model 2 is slightly larger and has its main entrance on the ground floor. There is a large open living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and stairs down to the basement, or up to the second floor. All three bedrooms can be found on the second floor where the master bedroom has its own bathroom. Furthermore, there are external stairs from the terrace up to the roof terrace.
