We contacted Soleada regarding a property we wanted to know more about and were pleasantly surprised by the entire process. We came across Soleada by chance, but in hindsight, we are very happy about that stroke of luck. We had no prior experience buying property in Spain, so it was fantastic that HC speaks fluent Spanish—as well as the Trønder dialect. This makes the entire process run smoothly, as you only have to deal with one single person from start to finish.
