Introductory conversation

You contact us via contact form, e-mail or telephone. We ask you some questions about the property and a visit to the property is arranged.

Inspection

A local real estate consultant comes for an inspection and makes an assessment of the home’s standard and location. Any shortcomings or challenges are discussed.

Legal and technical assessment

Lawyer and architect look at the documentation and our notes for an assessment of whether something needs to be improved before sale. Our professionals ensure that this is rectified quickly and efficiently.

Valuation

We make a value assessment based on our inspection, the sales history in the local area and the assessments from the architect and lawyer.

Photography and advertising

When the home is ready for sale, our photographer will come to the home and take professional photos, 360 viewing and floor plans.

Your home is advertised via several channels to reach as many potential clients as possible. We advertise locally and the most relevant housing portals in Europe

Viewings

We arrange viewings continuously and will have a dialogue with you along the way. You will be informed about who has been to viewings in your home, when and their feedback.

A good first impression is important. We make sure that the home is presentable before each viewing.

Negotiation and contract

When someone is interested in your home, it will be natural to negotiate a price and a closed bidding round will take place between you as the seller and the interested party.

Bids are communicated by telephone and it is you who decides whether you want to make a counter-bid, rejection or acceptance.

When the seller and buyer have verbally accepted an offer, we sign a reservation contract and the buyer pays a deposit that locks it to the sale.

Transfer and settlement

Our law firm takes care of the entire sales process for you by proxy. Everything we need from you can be done by mail and e-mail.

After the takeover, you will receive the settlement in your Spanish account.
