Introductory conversation

You contact us via contact form, e-mail or telephone. We ask you some questions about the property and an inspection is arranged.

Inspection

A well-known real estate consultant comes for an inspection and makes an assessment of the home’s standard and location. Any shortcomings or challenges are discussed.

Legal and technical assessment

The lawyer and architect carry out a legal assessment of the property and present a solution for rectifying any deficiencies.

Valuation

We carry out a valuation based on our inspection, the sales history in the local area and the opinions of the architect and lawyer.

Photography and advertising

When the property is ready for sale, a photoshoot is arranged with a professional property photographer.
Drone video and floor plans are included.
Your property is advertised via several channels to reach as many interested parties as possible.
We advertise locally, on Finn.no and the most relevant housing portals in Europe.

Views

We arrange viewings on an ongoing basis and keep you informed.

A good first impression is important. We make sure that the home is presentable before each viewing.

Negotiation and contract

If there is interest in your property, we conduct a closed bidding round between you as the seller and the interested party.

Bids are communicated by phone and it is up to you to decide whether to make a counteroffer, rejection or acceptance.

Once the parties have accepted an offer, we sign a reservation contract and the buyer pays a deposit that locks the parties to the sale.

Takeover and settlement

Our lawyer takes care of the entire sales process for you with power of attorney. Everything we need from you can be done by mail and email.
If you wish, you can receive settlement on your Norwegian account.
