Exclusive villa in San Pedro del Pinatar

Welcome to this beautiful villa, built in 2017 as part of several new homes in an established neighborhood. The majority of permanent residents are Spaniards, with elements of other nationalities.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We recommend you to see the photos and especially the video, as our description does not do such a wonderful home justice. A picture says more than a thousand words.

The use of the plot is extremely well thought out and nicely laid out with planting and many cozy seating areas. The beautiful lighting in the evening makes it extra pleasant to enjoy the evenings outdoors. Here you will also find a heated swimming pool.

The location of this home is something we particularly want to highlight, as it is on the corner and the plot is therefore larger, which allows for significantly more outside space. It also has a south-west facing sun and therefore has sun from morning to evening, also in winter. The corner home was also built with a different floor plan than the rest of the homes built at the same time, as there is an unobstructed view on one side and this allows a terrace adjacent to the bedroom on the second floor.

The bright colours, together with the good sunny conditions, make this a very bright and pleasant home. It is consistently of a good standard and the material choices and decoration harmonize very well with each other. The same floor tiles have been used throughout the house, with matching tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The decoration and good quality furniture sew this together into a very delicate home that makes you want to spend more time in it. It is a well-thought-out home, ready for the new owner to move straight in without having to do anything other than put the key in the door.

The owner has made significant improvements to the home since it was bought new. Apart from the obvious purchase of white goods, air-conditioning, furniture and lighting, we mention some of the additional work and what was done after moving in:

• Laundry room and storage at the back with extra fridge and many practical devices.
• Motorized sliding gate with remote control for safe parking on your own property.
• Practical cupboards under the stairs for shoes and outdoor clothes
• Electric awnings towards the pool and towards the entrance

• Installed heat pump on pool and cover to cover
• Programmable watering system for the plants

It is also worth mentioning in particular that not all new homes are necessarily comfortable. This home is very private with little visibility, with lots of light inside and out. It also gets cold in Spain, even in new homes, but not here!
