    Introductory conversation

    You contact us via contact form, email or phone. We will ask you a few questions about the property and arrange a viewing.

  2. 2

    Inspection

    A local real estate agent will come to inspect the property and assess its standard and location. Any deficiencies or challenges will be discussed.

  3. 3

    Legal and technical assessment

    A lawyer and architect conduct a legal assessment of the home and present a solution to remedy any deficiencies.

  4. 4

    Valuation

    We conduct a valuation based on our inspection, sales history in the local area, and assessments from an architect and lawyer.

  5. 5

    Photography and advertising

    When the home is ready for sale, a photoshoot with a professional residential photographer is arranged. Drone video and floor plans are included.

    Your property is advertised via multiple channels to reach as many interested parties as possible. We advertise locally, on Finn.no and the most relevant housing portals in Europe.

    Viewings

    We arrange viewings on an ongoing basis and keep you informed.

    A good first impression is important. We make sure the home is presentable before each viewing.

  7. 7

    Negotiation and contract

    If there is interest in your home, we will conduct a closed bidding round between you as the seller and the interested party.

    Bids are communicated via telephone and you decide whether to make a counter-bid, reject, or accept.

    When the parties have accepted a bid, we write a reservation contract and the buyer pays a deposit that locks the parties into the sale.

    Takeover and settlement

    Our lawyer will handle the entire sales process for you with a power of attorney. Everything we need from you can be done via mail and email.
    If you wish, you can receive payment to your Norwegian account
