The apartment was completed in 2017 and is part of a condominium with fenced common areas consisting of several pools and children’s pools. All the homes have large outdoor areas, either in the form of large roof terraces or gardens. The design of the apartments has been particularly well taken into account in order to provide the least possible view into the homes. Here you will find a mixture of many nationalities and Nordic nationalities in particular are strongly represented.

The main entrance is from the common area, which is equipped with a ramp for wheelchair users. In 2019, the apartment was renovated, and the kitchen was expanded with the one bedroom.
The apartment appears new and meets the same standard as today’s new buildings. The developer is recognized and has built high quality homes in this area for 50 years. It is considerably expensive after it was bought new, as they are delivered with white painted walls inside, without air conditioning, white goods, lighting, shower walls, bathroom furniture, landscaped garden etc in the price. Here you don’t have to think about everything that needs to be bought in or done after you move in and as the home is also completed, you can move straight in, while similar new buildings have a waiting period of around 1 year.

Gran Sol is perfectly located in the heart of Doña Pepa, an exclusive district in Ciudad Quesada and within walking distance of 4 different centers. Here you live centrally, but secluded, surrounded by greenery. Commercial operations and residential areas are separated so as not to disturb the idyll, but not far from each other. Only 500 meters to the nearest supermarket and a number of restaurants, bars, shops and services such as dentist, hardware store, ATM and pharmacy. Many different nationalities have found their way here to live all or large parts of the year and this is what separates Doña Pepa and Quesada from many other areas. Here, the spotlight is on larger and fewer housing units and more open space. Everything you need and more within walking distance, and the beach is a 7-minute drive away.
