This apartment is located on the corner and is one of the few that has both a garden spot and a roof terrace. When you enter the gate, you will find a seating area with an outdoor kitchen and a practical storage area under the stairs. Before you go up the stairs to the apartment, you will find the door that leads out to the common area, you don’t have to go out into the street to get to the pool.
Up the stairs you come to a glazed terrace which faces north and is used as an entrance. You then enter the living room with an open kitchen. The home has 2 bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes with mirrors, and 1 bathroom on the main floor. Behind the kitchen there is a laundry room and stairs to the roof terrace. Up on the roof terrace, a warehouse has been built which can be used as a third bedroom if required.
A cozy and charming apartment with lots of outdoor space. The roof terrace has sun all day and offers many possibilities in winter. In the summer, it is ideal to grill downstairs, as you can find shade here. It bears the mark of having been well maintained and appears to be intact and neat.

Parking on the street. It is possible to park on your own lot but not necessary. There is always free space in the street.
