Bright and nice apartment with large private terrace and sea view in Altos del Sol, Torrevieja!

This model is a 3-bedroom apartment on the second floor, with everything on one level and a large private terrace of 30 square meters. The direction of the terrace is south/west and therefore provides very favorable solar conditions. The terrace is also sheltered from view and has a view of the sea. This is one of the few homes that has an entrance directly from the street. Appears to be very well maintained and has been upgraded in recent years with, among other things, a new pergola/awning, repainting and furniture. Air conditioning in the living room and in the two largest bedrooms.

Altos del Sol is perfectly located in the middle of the beautiful residential areas just north of the center of Torrevieja, just east of the more famous Aguas Nuevas and just south of Altos de la Bahia. Here it is a short distance to what you need in everyday life. This part of Torrevieja consists mainly of Spaniards, as many of the city’s primary and secondary schools are located here. The sports facilities and market square in Torrevieja are also located here. After the Spaniards, it is the Scandinavian nationalities that dominate and there is a large network of Scandinavian clubs, activities and both the Norwegian Seamen’s Church and the Swedish Church are nearby. This area is also known for its many small beaches, “Calas” as they are called, mostly consisting of cliffs. It is still not far from beautiful sandy beaches, and the largest beach in Torrevieja “Playa los locos” is only a short walk away (1.5km). Some also swear by the beach in La Mata, which is also not far away (2.3km). Close by is also one of the region’s most beautiful hiking areas in the lagoon of La Mata, where you can sign up for organized tours or just go on impulse.
