Bright and nice apartment. basically consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over two levels. The third bedroom was removed to make more room for the living room. Light and nice with open solutions. It has 2 terraces and a roof terrace. The terrace faces south and has sun from morning to afternoon.
Refurbished in 2016 with new bathrooms, windows, doors, new air-conditioning machines and upgraded electrical system. In 2020, the apartment was repainted and in 2021 a new kitchen and plumbing were installed.

Parque del duque is a hidden gem in the upper part of Playa Flamenca and is located close to the famous market street. A ravine runs parallel to the market street and “Parque del duque” is located in the part where the ravine is at its widest. Here they have created beautiful outdoor areas with, among other things, ball games, a playground and barbecues. These areas are fenced and belong to the residents of “Parque del Duque”.
In addition to the beautiful green areas, “Parque del Duque” boasts a great pool area and close proximity to everything. There is a separate bridge over the ravine that takes you to the nearest bars and restaurants and if you continue down this road you suddenly find yourself in the market street.
