These modern studio apartments in The Reference project offer a unique opportunity to combine home ownership with rental income. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments feature smart layouts that provide a spacious and comfortable feel. Each unit has access to a shared roof terrace with pool and space for sun loungers. The location is perfect for those who want a combination of beach life, city center and good bus access.
The apartments are built with rental in mind and the developer offers three options for buyers.
Option A:
You get a 25% discount on the property in exchange for the developer renting out the apartment during the summer for 5 seasons. Price from €109,800
Option B:
You get a 10% discount on the property in exchange for the developer renting out the apartment during the summer for 1 season.Price from 131.800€.
In options A and B, the accommodation is also fully equipped with furniture, fittings, cups and tubs. The developer will make sure you get a tourist license to rent out and take care of all the practicalities of letting. When the rental period is over, they undertake to return the apartment in the same condition as originally, apart from normal use. If you want to continue renting out on your own in one of these two options, you will be able to “take over” the rental account with whatever rating they have. You can also take advantage of the developer’s cleaning and maintenance services.
Option C:
You buy the property in the usual way. Unfurnished. You can make use of the developer’s cleaning and maintenance services. Price from €146,400
