Villa Amalia is a unique project that was completed in 2017. It is only 300 meters to the sea and 700 meters to the beach. The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet. Large supermarket close by and within 5 minutes
walk there is a large and rich selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
The homes were sold as eco-houses, which means that they are more energy efficient than homes
built at the same time and also insulates extra well against sound. The traffic sounds minimal,
both from the common areas and inside the home.
It is a well-run condominium consisting of many different nationalities. It is
a total of 3 pools, one of which is heated, as well as a gym. A very
pleasant and quiet condominium with lots of planting and a good atmosphere to relax.
In the basement there is a parking facility where everyone has their own private parking space. Owner parks
mostly in the street right outside the house as there is always space available and the home is right next door
the exit to the street.
Very few terraced houses were built in this project and in Villa Amalia 2 which is now
during construction directly across the road, no one is being built. This is what makes this home
so unique that it has both a patio and a roof terrace. The advantage of terraced houses is also that
you get the bedrooms on the second floor, separate from the living rooms, which can
be very welcome in the afternoon when you want to retire.
It is a home that has been built to live in. It boasts a lot of storage space, something
which is in short supply in most new homes being built today. Right outside
the front door there is a warehouse ideal for bicycles and beach items and immediately
when you enter the main door you enter an entrance hall with plenty of space to hang out
wearing clothes, storing shoes, shopping bags etc.
The living room and kitchen have an open solution and from the kitchen you enter a very
practical laundry room with space for all laundry items. It is also partially furnished with
cupboard and there is room for more. The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of cupboards.
The worktop was also made so that it can be used as a breakfast bar. The living room consists of
both TV lounge and dining room with plenty of space for 6 people. There is also a toilet on the first floor.
The guest bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a walk-in
closet. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
The patio on ground level faces south and has good sunny conditions. Here it has become
planted tuya hedge and bouganvilla, which will cover the rest of it within a couple of years
which is out of sight. A very cozy patio that is ideal for eating out or taking away
the coffee in the afternoon when it starts to get a little cooler in the air and you search
after the sun.
For those who like to sunbathe or invite friends for a barbecue evening, the roof terrace can
offer sun all day, all year round, and it is equipped with a large pergola on Monday
wants some shade. It is very cozy to put out live lighting and have dinner
in the evening up here. A small outdoor kitchen and barbecue have been installed here. It is possible to
install a jacuzzi (whirlpool) on the roof.
